08 Leeanne Crisp_Fugitive Vessel(fromAfterChinaseries)_2016Since 2014, I have been living in the landscape, skies and water of the high catchment of the Shoalhaven River. This is my home and my inspiration. My experience of the space, light and rhythms of the natural world enable my abstract paintings. The hybrid forms are drawn from the lived body and the natural world; my interior emotional life and my sense of physicality. These projects continue my exploration into psychology and address issues around sexuality, gender, motherhood and wellbeing. View works >
